At Gardeners Delight we where very excited to be exhibiting Dicentra Passion Hearts
, shortlisted
for RHS Chelsea Plant of the Year 2026, on our display at RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
'Passion Hearts' is a captivating perennial, notable for its bicolor flowers in dark rose pink and light rose pink hues. The fern-like, blue leaves are exceptionally detailed and finely dissected, adding a touch of elegance . Exceptionally floriferous, 'Passion Hearts' is continuously in bloom from May to October, offering a long-lasting display of beauty throughout the growing season. Perfect to add a splash of vibrant color and intricate foliage to any perennial border or planter combination.
This is an alpine-type hybrid and thrives in full sun and well-drained soils, making it an excellent choice for sunny spots rather than shaded areas.
Plant in soil that does not sit wet for best results.

Agapanthus praecox subsp. orientalis 'Zambezi'
At Gardeners Delight we where very excited to be exhibiting Agapanthus 'Zambezi', shortlisted
for RHS Chelsea Plant of the Year 2025, on our display at RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
This is a unique Agapanthus. 'Zambezi' has broad dark green leaves, streaked with creamy-yellow
variegation and bordered by a broad, golden-yellow margin. Long lasting, violet flowers are
produced on tall stems and are borne above the foliage. 'Zambezi' is eye catching and makes a
bold statement in any garden.
Agapanthus ‘Zambezi’ is an excellent container plant and is the
perfect border plant for the perennial garden.

We have now installed a water treatment plant to allows us to use non mains water supply across the nursery for plant irrigation. This project was 80% funded by a grant received from Rural England Prosperity Fund - North Devon Council
